I hit my forehead on the right side , in a sharp corner and got a big painful bump. just after ive got pain on my right ear, became red and hot and looks like getting a bit purple behind it. is there a reason of concern? i am alone and afraid?

My sense is that you did not injure your ear & the discoloration behind the right ear is blood leaking under your skin from the lump ( hematoma) & gravitating downward ending behind the ear. Apply cold compresess to the hematoma in your forehead for 24-48 hours. Redness& hot sensation of the ear is somewhat puzzling. If it's due to anxiety the left ear would have similar redness. ?See your GP

Red bump on top of ear, no head. Looks like skin has come off around it. Ear was red and painful but now only bump is red. Bump painful when squeezed.
