Possible not probabl: While the symptoms you describe have been associated with brain tumors in historical analysis, brain tumors are very rare. So the odds are with you in that it's probably a benign cause; fluid in your sinuses or an ear infection are far more common and far more like lily as a cause of what you're experiencing. Talk to your doctor. or ENT about what you're going thru.
