Look, there is obviously more going on than meets the eye, and for you to have needed a head scan (I am presuming that the MRI was of the head) you must have had symptoms that were sever enough to warrant this diagnostic measure. The tingling you describe is not normal, so go back and ask the doctor again. Best wishes.
