Need a plan: I am sorry to hear about the miscarriage. The next step is to develop a treatment plan with your doctor. Generally options include waiting for it to pass naturally, surgical removal via a D and C or taking medication to help the medication pass. There is not a set amount of time scientifically proven to determine how fast the miscarriage must pass.
