Probably: Unless there is something wrong that you have not mentioned the just being small does not inhibit the gestational age at delivery.

Yes: You do have to see a doctor for a basic medical check up. You are underweight , so it behoove s you to make sure you don't have an undiagnosed medical condition. You should be able to stay pregnant till term, but how you deliver may have to be determined.
