Confusing question: Ask your Dr to review this with you. Meanwhile stop iron supplement. If iron is a bit low you will not notice. If iron is very high you will have serious consequences. Is your transferrin saturation 65%??? You probably need to repeat the blood test---fasting---and you may need to see a hematologist.
