Maybe.: You need to know your hemoglobin or hematocrit, which measure red cells, to know if you are anemic. The high TIBC suggests your body thinks you are running low on iron, but that would be only the first step on the way to iron deficiency. Your red cell count could still be normal, therefore you might not be anemic yet. Ask about the other tests.
