Liver cirrhosis.: Well, the term "hepataomegaly" means your liver is enlarged, which occurs in the earlier stages of cirrhosis, before the liver scars down and contracts. Cholelithiasis is the term to describe the presence of gallstones, but also means that at the time of the ultrasound the gallbladder did not appear inflamed nor infected.
