Liver is enlarged: A liver biopsy can tell if you have increased risk of getting cirrhosis. Enlargement is not cirrhosis; cirrhotic livers are shrunken and scarred. The question to answer is do you have NASH (inflammation of the liver caused by fat, and by definition, occurs in nondrinkers) or just fatty liver (steatosis) which would be lower risk. Maintain a healthy weight.
