I had 2tooth not infected but root canal to support my fixed bridge.after 2 months still painful my dentist said it might be bacteria.what wil i do?

Consultation: May be infection. See a root canal specialist, an Endodontist, for evaluation. Tooth/teeth may need revision all treatment. Other possibilities, besides infection, include fracture, gum disease, traumatic occlusion, and other possibilities.
