Need Rx: Your question is somewhat confusing, but it sounds as if one of the teeth that is supporting your bridge is failing. Because of the complexity of the situation the services of a root canal specialist, an Endodontist, may be in order. Ask your Dentist.

See endodontist: If your dentist feels a root canal may be needed, ask to see a root canal expert - endodontist.
