Question diagnosis: It may be very tiny and you do not have to do anything. It is usually a widening of the space in your diaphragm thru which yr esophagus goes from yr chest to yr stomach. If yr not having symptoms ("heartburn") leave well enough alone. Don't make everything into a problem that has to be fixed.
