Good day i am 7weeks pregnant with an umbilical hernia the pain is so unbearable i can't sleep nor eat as usual cause of the hernia i have been told that nothing can be done until i give birth by a gyne my question is, what meds can i take to help?

Umbilical Hernia: It is safe to take acetaminophen. If the pain is unbearable and does not go away you need to be concerned that the hernia is stuck (incarcerated) and need to seek medical attention.
