I'm a 58 year old healthy male. my wbc is 10,830 and my platelets are 130,000, consistent with past tests over several years. is this a problem?

No: Reference ranges are set so that a few percent of healthies fall outside on either side. If there are no abnormal white cells and you feel fine, even numbers much farther off are usualy fine.

Unlikely any problem: Your blood counts are near the normal range, so I doubt that you have any cause for worry. If the numbers of Platelets and WBC have been stable/unchanged for the last few years, then there is no reason to do anything further other than annual check ups, even that is optional.
