Subclinical LoThyroi: Based on your symptoms and blood work, it looks like you might have subclinical hypothyroidism. I suggest seeing a physician who specializes in thyroid (endocrinologist) for an evaluation and more comprehensive blood work.

No explanation: These tests don't shed light on your hair loss. You may also want to consider a consultation with a dermatologist. Your thyroid function is ok, but need to know if you have antibodies to thyroid, too. Thyroid is only one of multiple reasons to have hair loss. Others are far more common: nutritional deficiency, anemia, stress, chronic illness, other hormone abnormalities, etc.
