Needs pcp evaluation: you need some answers. He should be evaluated by a PCP. Who ordered these tests? the results should have been explained. If his HGB is abnormally low, he needs an anemia workup. Is he losing blood in the stool? What is his TIBC, serum iron, and Ferritin?

What could cause consistent low neutrophils count? Last test 2 weeks ago show 1.05, WBC 2.4, lymphocytes 1.3. 5 lots of bloods taken in last 7 months with little change. Constant mouth ulcers, increased headaches and constant bone pain in both legs?
