Breathing & Anxiety: Lungs are clear; that's a very good sign and probably why the psychologist says it's 100% anxiety. The trick with the breathing is perhaps you're TRYING TOO HARD. It's like saying, "Damn it, would you relax!" You can't TRY to relax. I come from a biofeedback background. There are 3 parts: 1) breathing "the belly breath", 2) 5-7 breaths per min, and 3) in a "relaxed way." Slow and easy...
