Breathing & Anxiety: Lungs are clear; that's a very good sign and probably why the psychologist says it's 100% anxiety. The trick with the breathing is perhaps you're TRYING TOO HARD. It's like saying, "Damn it, would you relax!" You can't TRY to relax. I come from a biofeedback background.
