A doctor has provided 1 answer

We consider heart pain to classically occur in the central portion of the chest. This is called retrosternal chest distress. The location of your symptom is often caused by noncardiac issues such as rib cage causes. Lung pathology usually has associated cough,or inspiration pain. Your physician can advise you best.
