36 m - having aching weird pain past month left side chest nipple area. heart doc listening said didnt hear anything. made a echo app to be safe. can it be lungs? did standard blood tests all normal. breathing is good no coughing or shortness breath?

We consider heart pain to classically occur in the central portion of the chest. This is called retrosternal chest distress. The location of your symptom is often caused by noncardiac issues such as rib cage causes. Lung pathology usually has associated cough,or inspiration pain. Your physician can advise you best.
