I think: it's a matter of DOSAGE and the length of time you have used this medication. BECLOMETHASONE is a VERY POWERFUL steroid and the sytemic (body) absorbtion has many side effects. BTW You could "settle" the issue with your GP by requesting a "second opinion" from a ALLERGIST or PULMONARY (Lung) Specialist!!!!!!! Hope this helps! DR Z
