I am struggling with getting a deep breath. since i had covid, 11/04/22, my inhaler symbicort did not give me a deep breath doc switched me to breo,albuterol w flovent. no rescue. no deep breath. have tried levalbuterol, qvar and singulair. same?

suspect you have chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Ask for a pulmonary function test is you have not have one Especially if you have been a smoker.

Pulmonary function testing, a chest radiograph may be helpful. Post COVID-19 some patients do experience shortness of breath, wheezing and potentially fibrotic changes of the lung. A course of oral steroids should be considered. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and dizziness. A Flu vaccine is recommended.
