Sounds like a real: serious injury. Clavicle fracture should heal, but a lot depends on how far the fragments are comminuted. Shoulder dislocation could be more serious problem, but again a lot depends on the extent of ligament injury. If you are unsure, you should get another opinion from another orthopedic surgeon.
