Fell 2weeks ago, dislocated rib on lt. side, collarbone, shoulder blade& shoulder hurts& swollen the more i use it the more it hurts. what could it be?

Dislocated rib hurts: Was rib put back in place? Most likely related to the trauma that dislocated rib. May need arm sling to see if that helps. What did your x-rays show?

Shoulder pain fall: Since it still hurts after 2 weeks would repeat xrays as some fractures may not show up initially . Would also follow up with an orthopedist that specializes in shoulders and consider an MRI as you may have a labral or rotator cuff tear as well or bursitis. F/U witt orthopedist this week .
