6 weeks: A young person can start moving shoulder after 1 week & elderly after 3 weeks but it takes 6 weeks for tissue to heal and regain full rom.

DISLOCATED SHOULDER: Normally, a dislocated shoulder will fully heal in anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks. It depends upon how serious it is, and what caused it in the first place. If it's from an injury, it will take considerably longer to heal. Best luck!
