Science plus: It is good that you are focused on science. However, now is the time to broaden your horizon and take some liberal arts courses. It will make you a better educated and well rounded person. If you are interested in pursuing a career in medicine, the liberal arts courses will come in handy during the interview process. Wish you the best with your education.

Major: Great question, probably not the right site. Would definitely advise that you align your major with your medium to long term range goals as far as finding a profession. This is where your parents, relatives, friends become critical in giving you some idea about the path they foresee for you. Using also professional services at school might help as these are challenging times for you.
