What advice would you give to college freshmen who are thinking about going into the medical field?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Good grades GPA/MCAT: If by medical field you mean medical school. You have to take pre med courses which includes minimum 1 yearof chemistry, biology, physics and organic chemistry, english and calculus. In 2015 you may need courses in sociology and psychology.Gpa above3.5 and good score on mcat. Hard work helps always for most, but have fun as well.Good luck.
