Need more info: You have apparently had a workup by a urologist and I am surprised that you are still looking for a plan of more help. My advice is to get a second opinion and make an appointment with the head of urology at a large medical institution. That person will be able to secure a copy of all the tests that have been done and help you. It's the right thing to do,.
