i had ureteroscopy laser lithotripsy 4 weeks ago and 4 the last 5 days have been passing large pieces of tissue, over 70. is this normal after surgery?

Clots: It is highly unlikely that you're actually passing pieces of tissue. It is somewhat common however to pass gelatinous clots of blood following ureteroscopic procedures.
