What about these hot belts like saunna belts that they say you put them around your waste and you loose fat they are real or just scam?

SCAM!!!: Use of belt, whether hot or cold, will not cause you to lose any more fat than if you didn't wear said belt. But they're a great way to separate you from your money. Better to pay attention to eating healthy foods & exercising regularly. Heck, maybe play Pokemon Go but do be careful you don't injure yourself while walking around!
