Hello i recently bought a custom insole. my problem is that the insole is too thick so when i put it in my sneakers they feel too loose ,like they are getting out of my foot.what should i do ? thank you?

I suggest that you contact the manufacturer of this custom insole and explain your problem. Since it is custom made, it should fit just right.
