You are still in the: age range where bony growth is still possible. Growth stops when the growth plates of the arms and legs fuse together. This occurs as early at age 14 in males, but as late as age 19 (by age 16 in girls!) So you might grow some more. 5'9" is a perfectly good height, however, and is certainly more than enough to build a good life on! Good wishes:)
