No: You have trigeminal neuralgia. Vitamins, specifically B vitamins like B2, b6 and b12 may help some, especially with numbness but they're not going to help the pain. You have to find out what's causing the trigeminal pain, and you need to be seen and treated

From your brief: description, I suspect trigeminal neuralgia. The trigeminal nerve is one, the 5th, of 12 pairs of nerves attached to the brain..cranial nerves. The pain is caused by dysfunction or damage to the nerve from pressure (sometimes by nearby blood vessels) damaging the myelin nerve covering, MS, etc. Treatments: anticonvulsants/antidepressants/surgery. B complex vits especially B12 may help. Good wishes
