Hi, i am a virgin at 38 and having transvaginal ultrasounds: saline and hsg test scheduled. what tips should i use to make the process less painful?

Usually not painful: These tests should not be painful if done by an experienced provider. Some patients take Ibuprofen prior to an HSG to help with cramping that sometimes occurs. Don’t let your anxiety about the tests get to you. Anxiety can make any test more uncomfortable
