Is there a alternative to confirming uterine polyps? like a mri? i'm scheduled for saline ultrasound and i do not want to go through with it.

I read online that 3D/4D transvaginal US can confirm uterine polyps. This possibly avoids Saline ultrasound or further invasive testing. Is this true?
