How accurate is MRI in confirm uterine polyps? I don't want hysteroscopy or saline ultrasound. These has to be less invasive way.
I read online that 3D/4D transvaginal US can confirm uterine polyps. This possibly avoids Saline ultrasound or further invasive testing. Is this true?

I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks and d&c early February and the obgyn who did the surgery noted I have arcuate uterus but she couldn't tell how deep the cavity is. Does MRI do a better job evaluating or Saline ultrasound?
