Uterine polyp ?'s: In the preovulatory phase of your cycle, the polyp should be detected by a trans-vaginal U/S. Sometimes polyps can degenerate spontaneously. Most uterine polyps do not cause serious problems, but if bleeding occurs not related to a menstrual event, your gyn physician may elect to perform an office procedure to remove the polyp.
