Deficient Nutrients: You don't need extra calories but need sufficient nutrients and it is almost certain you are deficient. I advise Vit D3 10,000 iu/day (might be wise to check levels- aim for 50-80), Vit K2 1000 mcg (1 mg)-15 mg/day, Calcium hydroxyapatite or citrate 500 mg/day, Zinc picolinate 30 mg/day, Vitamin C 1000 mg 2x/day, a B complex; consider Bone-Up by Jarrow.
