What's the maximum a bladder can hold? i'm urinating very frequently and it is not a lot of urine. i think it may be anxiety but don't know.

All sizes possible: There is no one max capacity. And it's often not being full, but other chemical things. Anxiety may be a part and it has chemicals too. Even if it sounds backwards - increase the amt of water you drink. It will help flush out bad stuff. If it lasts, it may be a UTI (common) - see your Dr for a lab test and Tx if needed. Discuss skills w/ your therapist too. Don't worry, but do it!
