Complicated: The bladder is a poor witness to a urinary problem: it acts the same way no matter what is causing the issue. Urinary frequency and urgency may not be due to a bladder problem at all, but could be due to scar tissue, blockage, prostatic issues or infections or stones. Therefore, a full evaluation by a urologist is the answer to the questions as several diagnoses are possible.
