Urinate 18-20 times a day none stop. no leaks. i get the urge when little urine is in bladder. i get hot when i try to hold. when need to defecate the urge is intensified. after defecate the urge lessens. pne treatments no work. pills didnt work?

Have you seen a urologist for a thorough urologic studies which should include urodynamic study +/- cystoscopy? If you has seen a urologist, what procedures were done and what diagnosis? If you have not, you should be referred or if you saw one but nothing was done, you need a second opinion because our help from this forum is very limited.

There are many reasons for these symptoms and if unreleaved by the present treatment you need to see a Urologist who specializes in this, preferably at an academic center- for you will need more investigations. Wishing you well.
