I have had high rbc for 9months w/ normal-high but increasing hemoglobin&hematocrit. all levels are now high. could dehydration be the reason? i am female and drink min 40oz of water per day &follow a healthy diet with exercise. no medications.

Hematologist ...: Dehydration is probably not the answer. Rising Hemoglobin & Hematocrit indicate you are probably making more Red Blood cells than Normal. The Hematologist is who you need to resolve you questions fastest.
