I often getting rashes every night for no reason, i didn't eat foods that might give me allergic reaction, yes it's itchy i'm wondering if maybe it's some dust from air that irritates my skin?

It probably is not dust causing your skin rashes and is more likely another allergen or an immune reaction. I would strongly suggest seeing an allergist for this issue. Their specialty is allergy and immunology so they can definitely get to the bottom of the problem with testing.
