Is there a reason why i am gaining weight if i exercise and eat right?

Questions!: What is eating "right?" many people think they are but are not. But, apart from that issue, exercising increases plasma volume (2-3 lbs), and will add muscle mass. This may be hiding body fat loss! i always measure body fat for patients on a diet/exercise program to document this! i would have this done, because cyou want to see increased leaness, not fat%.

Hormones?: If you are truly eating less than calories than you burn, and are not eating so little that you body is going into starvation mode then you may have an imbalance in your some of your hormones, like thyroid for example. Make an appointment with your physician to discuss your diet and maybe check your hormone levels.
