I eat normal routine food but very little stool comes out sometimes. i eat lot's of fiber and fruits. i don't have constipation. sometimes more stool comes out and sometimes very little. what's the reason behind this?

If one ate a continuous flow of foodstuffs and maintained an unchanged level of exercise throughout the day, one might still have changes in the timing and consistency of stool. Water is variably reabsorbed from the stool which also contributes to evacuation. Don't worry.
