Potential fracture: 20wks or 5mo is a long time to deal w/painful wrist after an injury. Especially after trauma, I'd be worried about fracture or dislocation. It's unlikely that you dislocated it since you can still move. However, scaphoid fracture is notoriously difficult to heal (see http://www.assh.org/handcare/hand-arm-injuries/scaphoid-fracture) & may require surgery. See your Family Doc & Ortho for evaluation.
