Exactly 1 month ago i fell on my hand and hurt my thumb.i think it's sprained but idk how serious. it still bothers me, and it's my rcl and ucl.ideas?

Ortho evaluation: You need to see an orthopaedist and have stress Xrays done to see if you have any ligament instability. Treatment would depend on the findings.
