A member asked:

Blood test showed 31.9 glucose level. what does this mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Questionable: Who did the blood test? Why was it done? Was it a venous sample or finger stick? A value below 40 is abnormal and would induce symptoms in a normal person. Therefore I doubt it was an accurate result. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
