Can be Health...: In general people check for what they are concerned about. The Glucose in the urine is suggestive of Diabetes Mellitus (DM type2) but the Blood Sugar of 108 imply normal sugar. One does not indicate if there is a history of Diabetes or not. Because the implication of sugar in the urine can be Health Threatening, it is best to see the PCP for Full Medical History /Physical and appropriate Lab tests

Pre-diabetes : Both blood glucose and glucose in urine are trivially elevated. May be “pre-diabetes” with overt diabetes in 5, 10 or 15 yrs. check with your doctor to conduct additional tests
