Enlarged ovaries X 2: If both of the ovaries are enlarged, t generally rules out cysts as a factor unless it is PCOS syndrome. See if your MD can see you sooner than one month by setting up a Consultation with him/her for an explanation of the meaning of the ultrasound results.

Hi, I had a slightly raised Ca125 of 50, I had a pelvic ultrasound and it was clear. Pap HPV negative. Would transabdominal ultrasound show cancer of ovaries or endometrium? Or is transvaginal required? I was not offered this?
