Abdominal and pelvic: abdominal gas can obscure the nornal female anatomy and obscure visualization.

Nothing bad: This wording just means the study was made less useful because of gas, which we all have making the picture obscure. This is like taking a photo & having it come out blurry. Don't assume this means you don't have an ovary there or something bad is going on.
