Dubious at best: B12 deficiency usually announces itself as numbness and perhaps weakness rather than tingling. You may be hyperventilating, hypocalcemic, or have something else going on. There's a lab that tests folks for MTHFR, diagnoses a sizable majority of folks as "abnormal", and sells them quacky vitamins by mail. Get with a legitimate physician or holist and try to figure out what's going on.

MTHFR: Hopefully the docs you are working with have told you that you need METHYL B 12, that's the Active form that your body will accept. Regular B 12 isn't acceptable to your body because of the MTHFR. Ask your doc about neuropathy, especially if you have had chemo or are diabetic. Tingle can be a sign of it. Alpha Lipoic Acid at high doses can help if so. Peace and good health.
