Vitamins: You can take the vitamins together or separately without problem.

Yes but: Be picky about the forms of vitamins you take. Make sure folate (folic acid) is not Folic Acid but l methyl folate (folic acid). Make sure B12 is methylcobalamin not cyanocobalamin.
